Minutes of the twenty-third meeting of the Shoreham Parish Plan Group, held at Darenth Lodge Shoreham on 14th December 2004

The agenda was circulated.

Minutes of the last meeting.

The minutes were read, one amendment made,[Nigel stated that the KRCC should be asked to intervene with the CA, not that as stated ,that we should approach the KRCC for funds.]

The minutes were then agreed and signed.

Matters arising from the previous minutes.

John Keates informed the group that the Parish Clerk had posted the report to the three websites as agreed.

Treasurers report

In Nick Walker's absence John Keates informed the committee, via the Chairman that he understood that the Parish Clerk had received a cheque from the CA, but he was not aware of the amount.

The requests from the skateboarders for a half pipe were read. John Keates informed the group that skateboarders had recently made a presentation to the Parish Council who were considering the request.

Action plan

Apart from John Bovingdon, no comments had been received from any of the other absent members

The Chairman requested that each member present put forward the four items arising from the report that they felt to be the most important.

For clarity these are set out on the attached sheet.

It was agreed that the action plan would be set out in a similar form to that used by Challock in their document

It was agreed that John Keates and Nigel Britain would consider the list, and prepare a draft of the action points, this would then be passed to Gordon Clark and Trevor Simmons for their input. The Chairman handed a copy of the Well Hill action plan to John Keates
