Minutes of the twelth meeting of the Shoreham Parish Plan Group, held at Shoreham Village Hall on Tuesday 8th July 2003

Minutes of the last meeting.
The minutes were read, agreed and signed.
Matters arising from the previous minutes.
Sylvia had spoken to Kathy Bugden as to the best way to represent the views of individuals within each household in the questionnaire. It was suggested that in the area of the questionnaire to be completed by the various members of the household several headed columns be provided, one for each member of the household.
Sylvia. Confirmed that the questionnaire subgroup had met as agreed at the last meeting. The subgroup requested Sylvia to attend a subsequent meeting of the subgroup, which she did, and agreed to draft a further questionnaire based on those drafts already in being.
Sylvia produced the draft questionnaire and with Richard Freemans help, with the presentation, produced the document presented to the group at this meeting.
Treasurers report
The Treasurer tabled the latest accounts, the cash at bank total stood at £1,817.75 which was very little changed from the last report, only petty cash items being expended during the intervening period. The Treasurer reminded and requested members to fill in timesheets where appropriate.
Questionnaire .
Sylvia presented the latest version of the questionnaire for the group's consideration
The document was considered item by item and many useful comments and suggestions were made. Many were agreed by the group and will be incorporated into the next draft document
Additionally several complete questions were given to individual members of the group to consider and to suggest amended presentation of these questions It is important that these amended questions be returned to Sylvia for incorporation into the new document not later than the 15th July 2003 please.
Pilot questionnaires it was agreed that twelve pilot questionnaire be issued four in Shoreham Village, four in Badgers Mount two in Well Hill and two in East Hill
Correspondence the Chairman or Secretary has received no correspondence. No response had been received from the Postmans Office re the siting of letterboxes
