Reports from subgroups
Nigel and Jan had reviewed all of the responses received to date; unfortunately the review was not available to the meeting owing to Jan's absence.
However, they were discussed in the wider context, with Nigel summarising the findings of the research he and Jan had carried out..
Considerable debate took place as to how the differing views and needs of the Badgers Mount area could be best addressed. And to whether or not a questionnaire was appropriate to this area.
It was agreed: that the group would proceed with the construction of a questionnaire, and testing of the questionnaire in the wider Shoreham area, and the Badgers Mount Group would consider the results.
It was further agreed that: Mark and Nigel, and Jan, if she agreed, would proceed with the preparation of the questionnaire [Richard Freeman had offered to help, as long as it was outside Holy Week!]
This report should be available for consideration at the next meeting scheduled for the 23rd May,
Visit to Mildmay Place Responses had been received from the survey prepared by Sheila and would be forwarded to the subgroup preparing the questionnaire
School Responses had been received from the Children's project.
